Where do you ship from?
Our warehouses are located in: Los Angeles (CA), Memphis (TN), Houston (TX), Savannah (GA), Chicago (IL), and Pennsylvania. We will ship your order from the warehouse closest to your delivery address.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders placed during normal business hours are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days. All orders shipping to the United States and Canada are sent via UPS, USPS, Amazon Logistics, or FedEx Ground. Please log in to your account to check your order status.
How much is the shipping fee?
Currently, all orders exceeding $80 shipped to the contiguous U.S. (the lower 48 states) and Canada qualify for free shipping. For more information, please visit our Shipping Information page.
Do you ship to countries other than the United States and Canada?
Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada.
What should I do if I want to cancel or change my order?
We do our best to process orders quickly; however, if you have any questions, please email us at support@wilody.com, and we will do our utmost to assist you! If you are still hesitating, why not give it a try? We are confident that you will love them—but if you don't, you can easily return them within 30 days of purchase.
Will I be kept informed of my order status?
Once your payment is approved, we will immediately send you an order confirmation email. After your order has shipped (typically on the next business day), you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (available for most countries/regions).
